This year’s Warriors Run in Strandhill has been cancelled.
The popular 10-mile run from the seafront at Strandhill to the top of Knocknarea and back was due to take place this August. But organisers have cancelled the event because on the continuing Covid-19 public health concerns.
Below is the statement released by the Warriors festival committee on Thursday night:
