Sport Ireland have confirmed total funding of 85-million euro as part of a Covid-19 Resilence Fund for sport across the country.
The fund aims to help sporting organisations tackle the impact of the virus on their activities.
The GAA, LGFA and Camogie Association will receive €15 million of that total.
This is in addition to the €15 million allocated to the GAA to run this year's football and hurling championships.
The IRFU stands to receive about €18 million with the FAI getting €13 million which will be ringfenced to support the clubs.
