Almost 60 people waiting for a bed in North West hospitals

There were almost 60 people waiting for a bed in North West hospitals this morning.

According to the INMO, there were 37 people waiting in Sligo University Hospital while a further 22 were waiting in Letterkenny.

Nationally, there were 449 admitted patients waiting for beds this morning with University Hospital Limerick the most overcrowded, 58 people waiting there.
