The clocks are to go back an hour tonight.
They are to be turned back from 2am on Sunday, providing more daylight in the morning, but less in the evening.
Motorists and pedestrians are being urged to stay safe on the roads when the clocks go back.
Safety officials say there are extra cyclists and pedestrians taking exercise within the 5k perimeter around their homes this bank holiday weekend, and darkness can be a hazard.
