Road closed following serious overnight crash in north Donegal

There's been a serious overnight crash in north Donegal.

Gardai have confirmed that the R238 at Fahan is closed this morning and will remain so for a considerable period of time.

Diversions are in place. Traffic approaching from Letterkenny/Derry will be diverted at the Halfway House, Tievebane while traffic approaching from Buncrana will be diverted at the roundabout at Gransha.

Details of injuries have not yet been released.
